How we handle pressure washing
Soft washing is the difference between clean and clean for a while. High pressure knocks the green off the surface, but the mold and algae roots stay in the pores and come back within weeks. A detergent wash at low pressure kills the growth, then gets rinsed — so siding, roofs and fences stay clean far longer, without the etching, zebra striping or water pushed behind the boards that high pressure causes.
Every wash is quoted by square footage, surface type, and access, and it's the owner on the wand — not a rotating crew.
Whole-home soft wash
Vinyl, painted siding, stucco and brick. Low-pressure detergent wash that kills mold and algae instead of just blasting it off, plus a rinse-down of windows, gutters and trim.
