Quotes go back the same day in most cases. Pressure washing and small handyman jobs typically schedule within the week. Larger remodels are usually 1–3 weeks out depending on the season.
Yes. All Pro holds a Delaware Business License (Division of Revenue) and is registered with the Delaware Department of Labor as a contractor, plus general liability insurance — proof available on request. Louie is also a state-certified Journeyman Industrial Mechanic with 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, man-lift certified, and a 2025 Angi Super Service Award winner. Delaware requires a separate state license for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas and asbestos/lead-paint work — those scopes are handled by our licensed Delaware trade partners, not by us, on every job regardless of size.

Louie. All Pro is owner-operated, so the person who quotes you is the person on the job. For bigger remodels Louie brings a small trusted crew, but he's on every project from start to walk-through.

We send a detailed estimate through HouseCall Pro by text or email, a full breakdown of materials and labor. Once you approve, we schedule the job. Final invoice goes through the same system with a secure pay-by-link option. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo. We never ask for payment up front, a small materials deposit only on larger jobs.
