Cosmetic Remodel
Most kitchens and baths don't need to be gutted — they need the visible surfaces replaced. Cabinets, counters, tile, paint, trim and flooring is where All Pro lives, and it's a fraction of a full tear-out.
How we handle cosmetic remodel
Louie runs the project himself and brings a small trusted crew on larger scopes, with licensed Delaware trade partners handling any plumbing, electrical, HVAC or gas connections.

Cabinet & countertop install
Cabinet replacement, refacing, repainting and hardware, plus countertop swaps with sink cutouts coordinated.
Tile, paint & trim
Backsplash, shower surround and floor tile, full repaint, new baseboard, casing and crown.
Flooring & finishes
LVP, tile or hardwood in the same visit as the rest of the refresh so transitions line up.
Licensed trade partners
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and gas connections are performed by licensed Delaware specialists coordinated by All Pro.

- Cosmetic scope only — layout stays put, which is what keeps the cost down.
- Any single project is capped at $50,000 in total contract value; larger scopes are referred to a registered Delaware general contractor.
- Remodels typically schedule 1–3 weeks out depending on season and material lead times.
- Estimates come through HouseCall Pro with materials and labor itemized line by line.
Quoted as an itemized scope — cabinets, counters, tile, paint, trim and flooring priced separately so you can add or cut items before we start. No surprise change orders.
Moving plumbing or gas lines, adding circuits, relocating HVAC, removing walls, or disturbing asbestos or lead paint above EPA RRP thresholds are outside our scope. Those are performed by appropriately licensed Delaware specialists on every project, regardless of dollar value. Licensing & Scope
