    Privacy policy.

    Who we are

This website is operated by All Pro Pressure Washing & Handyman ("All Pro", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware-based home services business located in Felton, Delaware. We can be reached at (302) 228-2470, through the contact form on this site, or by mail at the address listed on our contact page. For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, All Pro is the "controller" (or "business") of the personal information described below.

    Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website, by phone, by text, by email, through our scheduling and invoicing tools, and in person when we perform work at your property. It does not apply to third-party websites you reach through links from our site.

    Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

    • Identifiers and contact data — name, phone number, email address, and the service address relevant to the job.
    • Job details — descriptions, measurements, photos, and notes about the work you are requesting.
    • Commercial information — quotes, invoices, payment records, and service history.
    • Communications — the content of messages, voicemails, and texts you send us, and our responses.
    • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
    • Marketing preferences — your consent choices, including whether you opted in to SMS or email marketing.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government IDs, biometric data, precise GPS location, health information, or full payment card numbers on this website. Payments processed through our invoicing tools are handled by PCI-compliant third parties; we do not store full card data.

    How we collect it

    • Directly from you when you submit a form, call, text, or email us, or when we meet on site.
    • Automatically through cookies, analytics scripts, and server logs when you use this website.
    • From service providers we use to run the business, such as scheduling, invoicing, and communications platforms, and from our website and marketing provider, which builds and maintains this site and delivers your form submission to us.
    • From the anti-spam checks on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile and automated screening), which look at your IP address, submission timing, and message content to block bots.

Why we use it (legal bases)

    • To provide our services — respond to quote requests, schedule and perform work, issue invoices, and follow up after the job. (Performance of a contract.)
    • To communicate with you — appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, job updates, and customer support by call, text, or email. (Contract / legitimate interest.)
    • For marketing — occasional seasonal offers or reminders, only if you opted in. (Consent.)
    • To operate and improve the website — security, fraud prevention, analytics, and performance. (Legitimate interest.)
    • To comply with the law — tax records, insurance documentation, lien rights, and responding to lawful requests. (Legal obligation.)

    Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on a form or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from All Pro Pressure Washing & Handyman relating to your quote, appointment, and job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase.

You may also manage marketing preferences, opt out of marketing communications, or update consent choices at any time through our preference center at jaikmarketing.com/choices. Opt-out requests are typically processed within 10 business days.

    Marketing choices & opt-out

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, reply STOP to a marketing SMS, or visit jaikmarketing.com/choices to manage all marketing preferences in one place. Transactional messages necessary to deliver a service you requested (appointment confirmations, invoices, job updates) will continue regardless of marketing opt-out.

    How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run the business, and only with these categories of recipients:

    • Service providers and vendors acting on our behalf under written contracts — including HouseCall Pro (scheduling and invoicing), our website and marketing provider (who builds and maintains this site, receives lead form submissions on our behalf, and administers our analytics and search listings), our website host, our email and SMS providers, Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement), and our payment processors. These providers may only use the information to perform services for All Pro; they may not use it for their own purposes.
    • Professional advisors — accountants, insurers, and attorneys when reasonably necessary.
    • Authorities — when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
    • In a business transaction — if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor entity.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

    Cookies, analytics & tracking

This site uses a small number of first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and measure how visitors use the site. Specifically, we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects your IP address (used by Google for approximate location and then discarded), device and browser details, referring URL, pages viewed, and events such as submitting the quote form. This measurement is administered for us by our website and marketing provider. The same Google tag also includes a Google Ads tag used to measure conversions (such as a completed quote request) from ads we run for this business; where required by law, advertising cookies are used only with your consent, and we do not sell your information. You can learn how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser opt-out add-on. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; some features of the site may not work without them.

Most browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor recognized GPC signals where required by law as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

    How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above. Job, invoicing, tax, and insurance records are generally retained for up to seven (7) years to meet legal and warranty obligations. Website analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's default settings. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

    How we protect it

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access — including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted vendors. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

    • Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
    • Correct inaccurate personal information.
    • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
    • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share — see above).
    • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
    • Appeal a denial of a privacy request, where applicable.
    • Lodge a complaint with your state attorney general or supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, call (302) 228-2470 or email us through the contact form. We will verify your identity using information already on file and respond within the timeframe required by law (typically 45 days). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with appropriate written authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

    Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites, review platforms, and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their policies before sharing information.

    International users

We operate in the United States. If you access this site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data protection laws different from your country.

Website disclaimers & limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided in good faith for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on this site. Pricing, availability, service areas, and specifications shown are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. All work is quoted and contracted separately in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall All Pro Pressure Washing & Handyman, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, or service providers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to (a) your use of or inability to use this website, (b) any content obtained from this website, (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or (d) any other matter relating to this website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Pro Pressure Washing & Handyman and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated directly when required by law.
