How we handle painting
Interior or exterior, one room or a whole house, you get cut lines that are actually straight, covered floors and furniture, and a walk-through before anything gets packed up.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, accent walls, doors, trim and closets. Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, edges cut by hand.
Exterior painting
Siding, trim, fascia, soffit, shutters, railings and front doors — pressure washed first so the coating bonds.
Deck stain & seal
Strip, brighten, and stain or seal wood decking and fencing. Pairs with a deck wash for a bundle discount.
Prep & color matching
Caulking, patching, sanding, priming and spot-priming, plus color matching to existing paint when you can't find the original code.
- Repeat customers get a standing discount on interior and exterior paint work.
- Exterior paint work is always preceded by a wash — included in the quote, not an add-on surprise.
- Pre-1978 homes: any work that would disturb lead paint above EPA RRP thresholds is referred to a certified firm.
- Bundle a house wash with exterior paint for a combined discount.
