Carpentry & Repairs
Most contractors won't drive out for a short list. All Pro will — and will knock out five small things in one visit instead of making you book five different trades.
How we handle carpentry & repairs
Louie is a state-certified Journeyman Industrial Mechanic with 20+ years in the trades, so repairs get diagnosed properly rather than patched over.

Drywall patch & finish
Nail pops, door-knob holes, water-stain cutouts, corner bead repair — taped, floated, textured and painted to match.
Trim, molding & shelving
Baseboard and casing repair or replacement, crown, chair rail, closet systems and custom shelving.
Hardware & lock swaps
Door hardware, deadbolts, closers, cabinet pulls, blinds, curtain rods, TV mounts and shelving anchors.
Mailbox install & repair
Post replacement, setting, leveling and numbering — a job Louie gets asked for constantly around Kent County.

- Small lists are welcome — bundle several items into one visit and one price.
- Photos texted ahead of time speed the quote up a lot.
- Free estimates, and the person who quotes it is the person who does it.
Small repairs are quoted per job or as a bundled visit rather than an open-ended hourly meter, so you know the number before we start.
Repairs that cross into licensed trades — wiring, switches and fixtures, plumbing supply or drain lines, HVAC, or gas — are coordinated through licensed Delaware specialists. Licensing & Scope
